The location of the hotel is in excellent position in in Barsha heights. With the options to choose on the booking of transfers to Jumeriah beach and Various Malls. From my arrival all the staff were very friendly, smiley and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious with excellent modern decor. The air conditioning was quick and temperature regulation was maintained well with the auto system that can be manual also. Room cleaning service was quick and courteous from Anish and Akash and always left the room like new, with good supplies of water and refreshments. The Front desk help for luggage from Prakesh was always willing to help make transporting any luggage easy on arrival and when leaving. Plus great help with anything required and sourcing daily taxi deals from Ligesh. This saved lots on all journeys. He also made sure you were comfortable while waiting for the taxi to arrive. He would look out for them and let me know when they had arrived. Extra effort that was really appreciated. All round a very good and helpful team that made the stay exceptional.

The property was clean, nice, staff were amazing especially the head chef (Salma) she ensured my family who are very particular with food, were looked after during breakfast, when certain food became cold, she went out her way and cooked fresh paratha and even brang it to our table. She also came to our table when we were eating to ensure we are okay. Her generosity and kindness is much appreciated. Without her, our stay would have not been so great. The location is okay, it was about 25 minutes from the centre, there were taxis available outside the property. Next door, there was a food restaurant that served all types of food which was convenient especially when you needed food quickly and hassle free. There were also a few local convenient stores which was handy.

The Hotel provides an exceptional experience, with the rooms being not only clean but also comfortable and well-appointed. The housekeeping team goes above and beyond, attending to every detail with care and professionalism. Their dedication truly enhances the stay, making it a pleasant and relaxing experience. The entire hotel staff is courteous and responsive, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their stay. Ali from the housekeeping department deserves special recognition for his outstanding work. He meticulously cleaned the room, leaving everything spotless and organized.

Big shout out to him for helping us book certain attractions we thought were impossible to ascertain due to the festive season. With good deals too. A real & friendly gentleman of a gem indeed. I also liked the complimentary water bottles given to us in the room. The bed was comfy as well and the room in its entirety is spacious too.
