Great spacious room. Front desk staff were great - courteous and professional. Special shout out to Sahil and Abdulrahman who were my check in and check out guys. In room dining was good. Breakfast was very good - plenty of variety, nice seating area indoors and outdoors. Staff in the restaurant were very welcoming.

The property was clean, nice, staff were amazing especially the head chef (Salma) she ensured my family who are very particular with food, were looked after during breakfast, when certain food became cold, she went out her way and cooked fresh paratha and even brang it to our table. She also came to our table when we were eating to ensure we are okay. Her generosity and kindness is much appreciated. Without her, our stay would have not been so great. The location is okay, it was about 25 minutes from the centre, there were taxis available outside the property. Next door, there was a food restaurant that served all types of food which was convenient especially when you needed food quickly and hassle free. There were also a few local convenient stores which was handy.

Swimming pool area is great , its nice and clean and spacious , Lifeguard is approachable, accommodating and friendly . Housekeeping Person ( Anas ) is helpful in every needs, friendly , he is respectful , delivers excellent customer service, Housekeeping Supervisor is friendly ( Mark ) and the front desk person is accommodating and delivers excellent customer relation attitude
